When will my chair be delivered?

Expected delivery by December 2024. We hope earlier but dependent on production times.

Where do you ship? What are shipping fees?

Currently, we are only shipping to select countries in Europe. We are working to expand to other regions.

Free shipping within Sweden.

49 SEK shipping fee to Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania via DHL

149 SEK shipping fee to Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain

Do I have to order online?

Yes, all pre-orders are to be completed online.

Will there be additional colors in the future?

We are launching with 4 colors and plan on offering more colors including limited edition prints in the future.

How can I change my delivery address?

Please send an email to INFO@ASTREYJA.COM with your order number, name and old and new shipping address. We will confirm updates via email.

What is the return policy?

All returned products must be new, unused and in the original packaging. This includes all item parts and manuals. Please request a return within 14 days after delivery of the chair. A refund for the price paid for the chair will be issued once the chair has been returned. All shipping fees is paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed (unless damage is incurred in transit by the shipping company).

We do not support product exchanges. However, you may request a return and make a new purchase.
